REFUND POLICY

At Wild Feelz, we use a print-on-demand fulfillment partner to create and ship our custom apparel. Because each item is made specifically for you once you order, we have the following policies in place:

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • Our Guarantee: If our Fulfillment Partner or Wild Feelz is at fault for a production error or damage during shipping, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • How to Report: Email info@wildfeelz.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Note: Before reporting a lost package, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If the tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received it, we cannot offer a refund, but we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges (Buyer’s Remorse & Sizing)

Because every product is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect Size: Please refer to the sizing charts provided on each product page before ordering.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply no longer want the item.

  • Address Errors: If you provide an insufficient address and the package is returned to the fulfillment center, you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for defective items will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after approval.

Cancellations

Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once an order has moved into the "Fulfillment" stage, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
