What are your clothes made of?
Our pieces are made from a variety of materials depending on the item and the drop. You can find the exact fabric and material details listed directly on each product page.
We keep it simple — check the product, get the facts.
How do they fit?
Each product page includes detailed sizing measurements to help you find the right fit.
Check the size chart listed with the item before ordering — the numbers are there so you don’t have to guess.
Best way to wash?
Care instructions vary by piece. Some items include washing details on the inside tag, and you can also find care information listed on the product page.
When in doubt, check there first — your future self will thank you.
Will you have more collections?
Yes. The Feelz doesn’t stop here.
More drops are already in the works, along with a few seasonal ideas we’re excited about. New faces, new feelz, same straight expression.

Will you restock?
Most of our pieces are made to order, so if it’s available on the site, you can still grab it.
Some designs may rotate out or be retired depending on the drop. If something disappears, it might come back… or it might stay a moment in time.
If you’re unsure, reach out. We’ll tell you straight.
GETTING IT TO YOU
How long to process?
Each piece is made to order, so processing usually takes 2–5 business days before it ships. We don’t pull from a shelf; we make it when you order it.
Good things take a minute.
Shipping times?
Expect your feelz in 3-7 domestic days. It mostly depends on the mail truck’s current mood.
You’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout based on where you live.
Tracking?
Check your email (and those sneaky spam folders)! We send tracking numbers over pronto.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
Because our pieces are made to order, we can’t guarantee changes once production starts. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.
If it’s already shipped, we’re unable to reroute it — so double-check before you hit checkout.

Global shipping?
Not right now.
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. We’re keeping it close for now — but expanding is on the list.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CHANGE OF Feelz?
Return window?
Because our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review it.
What's eligible?
We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Wrong size ordered? Unfortunately, we can’t take it back — every piece is made just for you. Please check measurements before ordering.

Exchanges?
